I’m surprised by the large amount of very nice music gear that keeps popping up lately. For quite some time I had the impression that winter namm is over and companies are not keen on launching new products at this event. It seems that this year is different. There are quite a few interesting peaces of hardware launched by manufacturers, not to mention the vast amount of software plugins being released. I’m mainly interested in hardware, so i’ll stick with that.

Arturia

The KeyStep with ints CVs to control modular synthesizers is this simple but very useful piece of equipment that most of eurorack fans should own. Now it must have been a financial success for Arturia, because it looks like they’re releasing an updated pro version:
4 x CV/Gate and 8 triggers? Yes please.
